Should have read the sizing guide, large isn't as snug of a fit as I would prefer but it still works pretty well and the wife enjoyed it more than I expected.

This provides what it states, girth. Works great, I’d just make sure your at least 1.5” larger then extended length. Maybe 2. It’s better to have your head fully out of sleeve I think
